1. Use of Our Services

Our courses, resources, and archived materials are provided solely for your personal learning and development. While we may give you access to download archived course materials for your convenience, these files are intended only for your individual use and must not be redistributed, resold, or uploaded to public platforms.

By accessing or downloading these resources, you agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials or grant unauthorized access to others.
  • Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our materials for commercial purposes.
  • Upload or distribute our archived files on third-party websites, forums, or platforms without written permission.
  • Attempt to tamper with, disrupt, or misuse the platform, classes, or materials in any way.

Prime Tech Learning reserves the right to revoke access, suspend accounts, or take legal action if these terms are violated. Our goal is to maintain a fair and respectful learning environment while protecting the quality and integrity of our educational content.

2. Online Training & Communication

All training sessions offered by Prime Tech Learning are delivered online, primarily through platforms such as Google Meet. By enrolling, you agree that you have access to a digital device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a reliable internet connection that enables you to participate in online classes.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information during enrollment. This includes a valid email address and any other requested details. All class invitations, schedules, and important announcements will be sent to the email address you provided.

It is your responsibility to regularly check your email and ensure that you can access communication from us. Prime Tech Learning will not be held liable if you miss scheduled classes, updates, or other important information due to incorrect contact details or failure to check your messages.

3. Accounts & Security

Some services on our platform may require you to have an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential. Prime Tech Learning will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

Important Notice: At this time, we have not yet activated account logins on our platform, as this feature is still under development. However, when you enroll in a course, the email address you provide during payment will serve as your official account email once the account login system is rolled out in a future phase.

We recommend using a valid and accessible email address during enrollment, as it will be linked to your learning profile and future account access.

4. Course Access

Enrolled learners are granted lifetime access to purchased course content unless otherwise stated. However, course formats, content, or availability may change as we update and improve our services.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments for courses, training, or related services must be completed in full before access is granted to any paid content or live training sessions. We currently accept payments through approved third-party payment processors (such as Flutterwave), and by making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these providers.

Payments are generally non-transferable. Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, you are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the requirements for accessing the materials and online classes. Failure to attend scheduled classes or access materials due to technical limitations on your end will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as if a course is canceled by Prime Tech Learning or if there was a verified duplicate charge. In such cases, you must contact us witH proof of this duplicate transaction to request a refund. Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Prime Tech Learning, and processing times may vary depending on our payment processor partners and your payment provider.

By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this payments and refund policy. We encourage learners to carefully review the course details, requirements, and schedule before making a payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and resources remain the intellectual property of Prime Tech Learning and its instructors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver accurate and effective learning, Prime Tech Learning is not responsible for career outcomes, project results, or losses resulting from course use. Our platform is for educational purposes only.

8. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our platform means you accept the latest version.
